That being said, I thought I'd share an email that I got this morning. Although I laughed, I don't think it's funny and neither should you. The Media isn't showing how people feel about the stimulus. My hope is that so many people stand up and speak up that it becomes frustratingly hard for the media to keep the people of this country down.
I know I'll get emails about how I'm living in la la land and that it could never happen. I don't care. I'm not going to go away or shut up. This country was hijacked because we sat there and let it happen. For years I knew too many people that didn't speak up beyond their kitchen table, because they truly believed that they couldn't do anything about anything. That's crap!
At some point our "elected" officials will have to take notice and listen to their constituents.
Here is a little of what I'm talking about. Now mind you some signs are mocking what some people in this country actually have asked for while being interviewed. Some people really think Obama's going to pay their bills. I added the "Gimme $" twice for the extra greedy people. They don't care that it's really me and you paying their bills, silly welfare receivers. Comment if you want, but liberal asshats beware, because I want to give you the same fairness that I received, I'll be deleting your ranty, mean comments as they are received.
Dear Mr. Obama,
Here is my bailout / stimulus list. Thank you for making a lot of this country think that your handing out free money and taking care of us all. When we go full blown socialistic, I'd like to request that we make the level of equal living somewhere around the Hollywood elite level or we can all receive the same pay as you.
