We The People Foundation
I got this from The Wide Awakes. I really want to see this issue taken care of. Knowing that the left would have it all over the news all day long, every day and they would be screaming loudly every chance they got, keeps me motivated to help spread the word. I believe liberals think we are stupid and we will back down. Are you ready to back down? Not this girl!
Pass this to everyone you know and go check out http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/
Our full-page Open Letter to Mr. Obama will be published in the Chicago Tribune on both Monday, December 1, 2008 and Wednesday, December 3, 2008. It will appear in the main news section.
December 1, 2008
Mr. Barack Obama
Barack Obama Transition Office
Kluczynski Federal Building
230 So. Dearborn St.
Chicago, Illinois 60604
Dear Mr. Obama:
Representing thousands of responsible American citizens who have also taken an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States of America, I am duty bound to call on you to remedy an apparent violation of the Constitution. Compelling evidence supports the claim that you are barred from holding the Office of President by the “natural born citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution. For instance:
• You have posted on the Internet an unsigned, forged and thoroughly discredited, computer-generated birth form created in 2007, a form that lacks vital information found on any original, hand signed Certificate of Live Birth, such as hospital address, signature of attending physician and age of mother.
• Hawaii Dept of Health will not confirm your assertion that you were born in Hawaii.
• Legal affidavits state you were born in Kenya.
• Your grandmother is recorded on tape saying she attended your birth in Kenya.
• U.S. Law in effect in 1961 denied U.S. citizenship to any child born in Kenya if the father was Kenyan and the mother was not yet 19 years of age.
• In 1965, your mother legally relinquished whatever Kenyan or U.S. citizenship she and you had by marrying an Indonesian and becoming a naturalized Indonesian citizen.
You have repeatedly refused to provide evidence of your eligibility when challenged to do so in a number of recent lawsuits. Instead, you have been successful in having judges declare that they are powerless to order you to prove your eligibility to assume the Office of President.
Incredibly, the judge in Hawaii actually said it would be an invasion of your privacy for him to order access to your original birth certificate in order to prove your eligibility to hold the Office of President. Before you can legitimately exercise any of the powers of the President you must meet all the criteria for eligibility established by the Constitution.
You are under a moral, legal, and fiduciary duty to proffer such evidence. Should you assume the office as anyone but a bona fide natural born citizen of the United States who has not relinquished that citizenship, you would be inviting a national crisis that would undermine the domestic peace and stability of the Nation. For example:
• You would always be viewed by many Americans as a poseur - a usurper.
• As a usurper, you would be unable to take the required “Oath or Affirmation” on January 20 without committing the crime of perjury or false swearing, for being ineligible you cannot faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States.
• You would be entitled to no allegiance, obedience or support from the People.
• The Armed Forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to you.
• No civilian in the Executive Branch would be required to obey any of your proclamations, Executive Orders or directives; as such orders would be legally void.
• Your appointments of Judges to the Supreme Court would be void.
• Congress would not be able to pass any needed legislation because it would not be able to acquire the signature of a bona fide President.
• Congress would be unable to remove you, a usurper, from the Office of the President on Impeachment, inviting certain political chaos including a potential for armed conflicts within the General Government or among the States and the People to effect the removal of such a usurper.
In consideration of the escalating constitutional crisis brought on by the total lack of evidence needed to conclusively establish your eligibility, I am compelled to serve you with this First Amendment Petition for a Redress of this violation of the Constitution. With all due respect, I ask that you immediately direct the appropriate Hawaiian officials to allow access to the vault copy of your birth certificate by our forensic scientists on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 5, 6 and 7, 2008.
In addition, I ask that you deliver the following documentary evidence to the National Press Club in Washington DC by 10 am on December 8, 2008, marked for my attention:
• A certified copy of your original, signed “vault” birth certificate.
• Certified copies of your reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack
Dunham and Barry Dunham.
• A certified copy of your Certification of Citizenship.
• A certified copy of your Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity.
• Certified copies of your admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School.
• Certified copies of any legal documents changing your name. Each member of the Electoral College, who is committed to casting a vote on December 15, 2008, has a constitutional duty to make certain you are a natural-born citizen. As of today, there is no evidence in the public record (nor have you provided any) that defeats the claim that you are barred by law from assuming the Office of President because you fail the Constitution’s eligibility requirements.
All state Electors are now on Notice that unless you provide documentary evidence before December 15, that conclusively establishes your eligibility; they cannot cast a vote for you without committing treason to the Constitution. “In a government of laws, the existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy .” Olmstead v. U.S., 277 U.S. 438
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this urgent matter.
Sincerely,
Robert L. Schulz
Chairman

Sit Down and Shut Up?
I think not!
There are a couple people out there that have decided to sit down and shut up now that Barack is going to be president. Kudos to them for their restraint but at this moment it’s the last thing on my mind. As our country transcends into the abyss why would I choose to sit down and shut up? I get it, the one has bought his way into the presidency but now is not the time for conservatives to play it nice. If anything, it’s time to get louder, meaner and more forceful.
For the past eight years all that I have heard is the liberal machine crying about being ignored. They always ran their mouths about what they wanted but we were lucky enough that they were the minority and we were able to escape their desires. If red blooded Americans sit back and allow things to go without any complaints we will be looking at eight years rather than just four. My job at this moment is keep track of every move the Obamessiah makes. He must be held accountable for his actions.
A little warning to the thin skinned conservatives out there: I’m not backing down. I’m sorry if you have allowed yourself to become so discouraged that you have decided to stop fighting for what you believe in. Now is not the time to give up. We are not the minority. Yes, the majority of Americans have been fooled into voting for Barack but our values are still on the hearts of most Americans. Remember, Barack won because people think he will put cash in their pockets. Selfishness has won this year but we can still make a comeback.
Forget about me shutting my mouth. It’s the last thing I want to do at this moment. I had a slight moment of dispair as Barack was announcced the winner but I am back on track. I need you to toughen up and come along with me. We can’t let our beautiful country become just a memory. Our traditions and values are at stake here and they are worth fighting for. Who’s with me? Are you going to lay back and let the liberal elite redefine America or are you going to fight with all your heart to save America? You know what you should do.

Crouching fascism, hidden media
Opponents of Prop 8 are not as tolerant and open-minded as they would like voters to believe.
A wave of quasi-fascism has descended upon California and touched several other states. But instead of exposing the abuse, the media are ignoring it.
On November 4, California voters approved Proposition 8, the state constitutional amendment declaring that only marriages between a man and a woman are valid in the Golden State. Since then, militants have vandalized property, threatened individuals and mailed white powder to Mormon churches. Most Americans probably are not aware of this fascistic behavior, because the media – the people who are supposed to be the first line of defense against domestic tyranny – are absent.
Fascism is a powerful word, but often used imprecisely, so let's define our terms. The following definition comes from former Columbia historian Robert O. Paxton, author of
The Anatomy of Fascism:
"A form of political behavior marked by obsessive preoccupation with community decline, humiliation or victim hood and by compensatory cults of unity, energy and purity, in which a mass-based party of committed nationalist militants, working in uneasy but effective collaboration with traditional elites, abandons democratic liberties and pursues with redemptive violence and without ethical or legal restraints goals of internal cleansing and external expansion."
How does the term "fascism" apply to America? A national network of angry gay rights demonstrators is screaming for the use of force – judicial force – to nullify Prop. 8. They've committed numerous acts of verbal abuse and physical violence (check out the account and video of Christian evangelists being hounded out of San Francisco's Castro district) and are openly seeking revenge against churches and businesses that supported Prop. 8. As they did previously in Massachusetts, they have uncovered lists of citizens who supported marriage and targeted them for abuse and boycotts. Is this a form of Paxton's "internal cleansing"?
This network of homosexual protesters is far from nationalistic, but otherwise it's quite similar to Paxton's definition. It's easily seen as a "mass-based cult of unity or energy," motivated by perceptions of victimhood, and abandoning "democratic liberties" to pursue its goals without the ethical and legal restraints customary in American politics.
This mass movement is also collaborating effectively, but not at all uneasily, with traditional elites. First, the politicians. Same-sex "marriage" has been imposed in three states by rogue courts and governors who ignored the rule of law – Massachusetts, California and most recently Connecticut. Prop. 8 was a popular backlash against the California Supreme Court edict. Now Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is calling for the court elite to strike back by declaring Prop. 8 unconstitutional. California Attorney General Jerry Brown, an outspoken supporter of gay "marriage," is calling for the court to issue a new decree quickly. California's top elected officials want the court to overrule the clearly expressed will of their own citizens.
Maybe "citizens" is the wrong word. Citizens govern themselves. Golden State elites seem to be turning Californians into subjects.
On to the news media elites. Democracy itself is under attack in California, and what are the supposed watchdogs of freedom, the free press, doing about it? When they're not applauding, they're strategically averting their eyes.
Within two days of the popular passage of Prop. 8, the media began defining the story as gay civil rights denied, rather than civilization defended. Media outlets began to caricature supporters of Prop. 8 as bigots, and refused to allow them to tell their side of the story. The prevailing media attitude toward legalizing same-sex "marriage" is exemplified by a five-minute, on-air editorial by MSNBC's resident attack dog, Keith Olbermann. Olbermann called the Prop. 8 vote "horrible, horrible." The poor guy was so emotionally distressed, he forgot to shout.
The moral credibility of homosexual agitators is based on public perception that they are "victims," so the media have virtually ignored numerous examples of gay activists victimizing their political adversaries. Broadcast television networks have failed to show gay protesters hurling racial and religious epithets at African-Americans and Mormons, two groups largely responsible for Prop. 8's victory. Normally, such outright bigotry would be front-page news.
The media are even ignoring sacrilege and violence. Until Bill O'Reilly showed a video clip on Nov. 17 on Fox News, only one major newspaper, and no broadcast networks, covered the carefully planned Nov. 9 assault of Mt. Hope Church in Lansing, Michigan, by homosexual activists during a worship service. No national networks, to the best of our knowledge, have shown the dramatic footage at Palm Springs City Hall of screaming protesters roughing up an elderly counter-protester, tearing a cross from her hands and stomping on it.
Even a reprise of the anthrax scare has gone almost unreported. Only a handful of newspapers and NBC's Today show have noted that domestic terrorists have sent packages containing white powder to Mormon churches.
Entertainment media elites are getting their licks in, too. CNN reported yesterday that Roseanne Barr, for example, said African-Americans are "as bigoted and ignorant as their white Christian, white right-wing counterparts." Ah, the sweet sound of tolerance.
America hasn't yet seen political violence of the kind that led to takeovers of Germany and Italy by fascist thugs before World War II. But if media outlets don't investigate these incidents, expose the perpetrators, and pressure the government to press charges, we can only anticipate greater political violence.
Eventually, the media themselves will be the targets.

Please Wake Me From This Nightmare
I almost wet my pants when I saw this over at Chicken Hawk Express, then I became disgusted! They know stupid things, but the real important information to know BEFORE voting, well as you'll see, they are not informed at all! My 137 IQ just shot up, woo hoo. My 14 year old son knows more than these people. This video truly freaks me out.
Found at Chicken Hawk Express
On November 4th, 2008 millions of Americans were shocked that a man of Barack Obama's limited experience, extreme liberal positions and radical political alliances could be elected President of the United States. For many of these Americans, the explanation was rather simple... the news media, completely enamored with Obama, simply refused to do their job.
On Election day twelve Obama voters were interviewed extensively right after they voted to learn how the news media impacted their knowledge of what occurred during the campaign. These voters were chosen for their apparent intelligence/verbal abilities and willingness to express their opinions to a large audience. The rather shocking video seeks to provide some insight into which information broke through the news media clutter and which did not.

"We'll make it and you'll drive it!"
Yet another issue of something else the Liberals want to control! Can we agree that Liberals should really take the upper half of the country and stay to themselves. They can name it whatever they want and if they don't have anything we want to trade with them, then we'll have nothing to do with them. Let them rule and ruin themselves, not the rest of us.
Following by columnist Charles Krauthammer
"Democrats are suggesting, however, an even more ambitious reason to nationalize [the auto industry]. Once the government owns Detroit, it can remake it. The euphemism here is 'retool' Detroit to make cars for the coming green economy. Liberals have always wanted the auto companies to produce the kind of cars they insist everyone should drive: small, light, green and cute. Now they will have the power to do it.
In World War II, government had the auto companies turning out tanks. Now they would be made to turn out hybrids. The difference is that, in the middle of a world war, tanks have a buyer. Will hybrids?
One of the reasons Detroit is in such difficulty is that consumers have been resisting the smaller, less powerful, less safe cars forced on the industry by fuel-efficiency mandates. Now Detroit would be forced to make even more of them. If you think we have economic troubles today, consider the effects of nationalizing an industry of this size, but now run by bureaucrats issuing production quotas to fit five-year plans to meet politically mandated fuel-efficiency standards -- to lift us to the sunny uplands of the coming green utopia."

Protect and Preserve Your Free Speech Rights!
The “Fairness Doctrine” is The Censorship Doctrine
Media Research Center's Free Speech Alliance is a fast-growing coalition of organizations and individuals, who, like you, cherish free speech and who have proactively joined to ensure the misnamed “Fairness Doctrine” never returns to silence the conservative voice in America.
First enacted by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) in 1949, the Fairness Doctrine required radio stations give equal time to all sides on political issues. However, the result wasn’t equal time, it was zero time – as stations simply avoided topics that would fall under FCC equal time rules.
In 1987, President Ronald Reagan rescinded the Fairness Doctrine and since then, talk radio has flourished. Conservatives dominate it, and liberals can’t stand it. By re-instating the Fairness Doctrine, liberals would effectively silence the conservative leaders of the day including Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham and others, and would essentially take control of all forms of media.
In recent months, the groundswell for reinstatement is intensifying. In fact, a growing number of liberal leaders in Washington, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, have openly stated their intent to do so.
As Americans, we cannot sit idly by while this gag order on conservative speech is resuscitated. The time to act is now—so when the time comes, we are mobilized and prepared to defend our Free Speech Rights.
Join the hundreds of thousands of citizens taking action now through MRC’s Free Speech Alliance

White Guilt Is Dead
Got any left for the red man? Let me know, I'll be over here waiting.
White guilt? Done; over; history
Tom Adkins
is the publisher of CommonConservative.com
There go my fellow conservatives, glumly shuffling along, depressed by the election aftermath. Not me. I'm virtually euphoric. Don't get me wrong. I'm not thrilled with America's flirtation with neosocialism. But there's a massive silver lining in the magical clouds that lofted Barack Obama to the presidency. For today, without a shred of intellectually legitimate opposition, I can loudly proclaim to America:
The Era of White Guilt is over.
This seemingly impossible event occurred because the vast majority of white Americans didn't give a fluff about skin color and enthusiastically pulled the voting lever for a black man. Not just any black man. A very liberal black man who spent his early career race-hustling banks, praying in a racist church for 20 years, and actively working with America-hating domestic terrorists. Yet white Americans made Barack Obama their leader. Therefore, as of Nov. 4, 2008, white guilt is dead.
So today, I'm feeling a little "uppity," if you will. For more than a century, the millstone of white guilt hung around our necks, retribution for slave-owning predecessors. In the 1960s, American liberals began yanking that millstone while sticking a fork in the eye of black Americans, exacerbating the racial divide to extort a socialist solution to the country's problems. But if a black man can become president, exactly what significant barrier is left? The election of Barack Obama destroys the validation of liberal white guilt. The dragon is hereby slain.
So today, I'm feeling a little "uppity," if you will. From this day forward, my tolerance level for having my skin color hustled is exactly ZERO. No more Rev. Jeremiah Wright's "God Damn America," Al Sharpton's Church of Perpetual Victimization, or Jesse Jackson's rainbow racism. Cornel West? You're a fraud. All those "black studies" programs must now teach kids to thank Whitey. And I want that on the final.
Congressional Black Caucus? Irrelevant. U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters (D., Calif.)? Shut up. ACORN? Outlawed. Black Panthers? Go home and pet your kitty. Black separatists? Find another nation that offers better dreams. To those Eurosnots who forged careers hating America? I'm still waiting for the first black French president.
No more quotas. No more handouts. No more complaining that "the man" is keeping you down. "The man" is now black.
It's time to toss that massive, obsolete race-hustle machine upon the heap of the other stupid '60s ideas. Drag it over there, right between free love and cop-killing. Careful, don't trip on streaking. Just dump it. And then wash your hands. It's filthy.
Obama's ascension also creates another gargantuan irony. How can liberals sell American racism, class envy and unfairness when our new black president and his wife went to Ivy League schools, got high-paying jobs, became millionaires, bought a mansion, and are now moving to the White House? How unfair is that? Now, like a delicious O. Henry tale, Obama's spread-the-wealth campaign rendered itself moot by its own victory! America is officially a meritocracy. Obama's election has validated American conservatism.
So ... Wham!!!
That's the sound of my foot kicking the door shut on the era of white guilt. The rites have been muttered, the carcass lowered, dirt shoveled, and tombstone erected. Dead and buried.

Jackson, Sharpton Unsure About What to do Next
By Patrick Britton 10 November 2008 at 1:58 am and have
Reverend Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have been wondering lately what they are going to do now that white America has elected a black man as their president. They feel it is rather redundant to continue race baiting Americans and are left depressed and without jobs. They have even been contemplating starting a church to preach about God. They admit that the thought is far fetched and are looking into other options.
When asked about why he cried during Obama’s victory speech he told me that he wanted to clear up a little misunderstanding. “Those weren’t just happy tears,” he said. “I was also crying because I’m now out of a job. What am I to do?” Sharpton wasn’t willing to answer any of my questions. He called me a “stupid Jew who should go back to counting his money.” I’m not even Jewish.
The feeling from Sharpton, Jackson and other fellow race baiters is that their time is running short. “We are running out of people to call racists,” said one young hipster. “It’s like, we want to attack white America but now that they elected Obama we have little to go on.” The feelings have also spread to local KKK members around the country. “What the hell do we do now? Even I voted for Obama. It’s like we’re losing our way,” said a local clansman I met at a recent Ludacris concert.
Even Jeremiah Wright is unsure about what to do next. He is even thinking about preaching about Jesus in his next sermon. “I feel silly now,” said Wright. “All this God damn America business doesn’t make sense any more. With Barack as president, I’m left with nothing to complain about.” Further questions were asked but I was drowned out by the sound of his car’s engine as he drove towards his $1.6 million dollar house. God damn America indeed Jeremiah.
As race baiters and so-called preachers alike attempt to find their groove in the post-racist America you can’t help but shed a tear for them. There is a void left in America today. With racism on the out you have to wonder how these people are going to feed their children. Tonight, Jesse Jackson is crying. The nation he once loved has turned on him.
Leaving him with nothing to bitch about.

Upside-down display of American flag stirs dispute
By DARLA MILES WFAA-TV
ARLINGTON -
ARLINGTON -
An American flag and the way it has been displayed is at the center of a dispute between neighbors that began after the 2008 presidential election.
Ever since 9/11, Arlington neighbors Patrick O'Toole and Sharon Garner both flew the American flag patriotically in front of their homes, until now.
In protest to the election results, O'Toole now flies a black flag above an upside down American flag.
"I just don't think it's American," said Garner. "I just don't think it's neighborly. We have children that live in our neighborhood and I'm sure their parents have to explain to them why that flag is hanging like that."
The flag is something Garner holds close to her heart. In fact, the American flag is painted on Garner's birdhouse and bench.
"I love the flag," she said. "I love what it stands for. I love the colors red, white and blue. [It] makes me feel good to display it."
It's a sentiment she said she thought she shared with her neighbor.
"He hangs his flag everyday, and he hangs it properly," she said. "It's displayed like it should be and he brings it down at dusk every day."
But, O'Toole said there is a reason behind the act.
"The black flag is because our country is dying," he said. "It's never been more divided than it is right now. The upside down American flag is because the country is in distress."
The Navy vet and history teacher is upset that the Democratic ticket took the White House.
"It is not about race and don't ever throw the race card at me," he said. "It's about values. It's about people that work hard and want to keep what they own."
Garner said she didn't vote for Obama either.
"The election is over," she said. "It's happened and we need to come together like we did in 9/11 and support each other and deal with it."
But, O'Toole stood by his decision and said he has flown the flag since the 5th grade and didn't make the decision in haste.
FYI
My flag flies upside down too. If you have a problem with it, then I suggest you educate yourself before leaving a retarded and obviously stupid comment.

Get Outraged!
This was in my email this morning. It will be another email that serves to remind me why I am dedicated to fighting for my country, should I receive a blow to my head and forget, as that will be the only way I would forget.
Remember Lee Iacocca, the VP at Ford credited with the birth of the Mustang, the man who rescued Chrysler, Corporation from their death throes, and the owner of the famous quote 'Lead, follow, or get out of the way'? Well, he's back! He has a new book, and here are some excerpts.
Lee Iacocca writes:'Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder. We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car. But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, 'Stay the course, 'Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is America, not the damned 'Titanic' I'll give you a sound bite: 'Throw all the bums out!'
You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore. The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs. While we're fiddling in Iraq, the Middle East is burning and nobody seems to know what to do. And the press is waving 'pom-poms' instead of asking hard questions. That's not the promise of the 'America' my parents and yours traveled across the ocean for. I've had enough. How about you?I'll go a step further. You can't call yourself a patriot if you're not outraged.
This is a fight I'm ready and willing to have. The Biggest 'C' is Crisis!Leaders are made, not born. Leadership is forged in times of crisis. It's easy to sit there with your feet up on the desk and talk theory. Or send someone else's kids off to war when you've never seen a battlefield yourself. It's another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling down. George Bush, Dick Chaney and who is this Bozo coming up next? One of the most Liberal Idiots in the U.S. Senate and he is talking about disarming America.
I can't believe the American people are seeing what he is about to do to this country. May God have mercy on us all.On September 11, 2001, we needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes. A Hell of a Mess. So here's where we stand. We're immersed in a bloody war with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving. We're running the biggest deficit in the history of the country. We're losing the manufacturing edge to Asia , while our once-great Companies are all moving offshore. We're getting slaughtered by health care costs. Gas prices are skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent energy policy. Our schools are the worst in the world. Our borders are like sieves. The middle class is being squeezed every which way.
These are times that cry out for leadership and we are getting ready to put the most Liberal Senator in the U.S. Senate in as our next President because we want to be fair and elect someone just because of his race. We don't have time to be fair, we need a strong leader. But when you look around, you've got to ask: 'Where have all the leaders gone?' Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense? I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I hope you get the point.
Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo? We've spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened.
Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of Hurricane Katrina. Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the response to the hurricane, or demanding accountability for the decisions that we re made in the crucial hours after the storm. Every one's hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen again. Well guess what people? We are having more floods right now. What are we doing to help these people out. Now, that's just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it. Make a plan. Figure out what you're going to do the next time. Why are we allowing people to build in flood plains anyway? If you build in a flood area, expect to be flooded and deal with it. Don't expect the Government to bail you out.
Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. All they seem to be thinking now-days is getting themselves bigger salaries and bonuses. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when 'The Big Three' referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it? ... likely nothing!
Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debt, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry. I have news for the gang in Congress and the Senate. We didn't elect you to sit on your asses and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our greatness is being replaced with mediocrity.
What is everybody so afraid of?
That some bonehead on Fox News
http://www.foxnews.com/ will call them a name? Give me a break. Why don't you guys show some spine for a change? I honestly don't think any of you have one! Had Enough?
Hey, I'm not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I'm trying to light a fire. I'm speaking out because I have hope; I believe in America ... In my lifetime I've had the privilege of living through some of America's greatest moments I've also experienced some of our worst crises: the 'Great Depression', 'World War II', the 'Korean War', the 'Kennedy Assassination', the 'Vietnam War', the 1970s oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with 9/11. If I've learned one thing, it's this:'You don't get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody else to take action. Whether it's building a better car or building a better future for our children, we all have a role to play.
That's the challenge I'm raising in this book. It's a call to 'Action' for people who, like me, believe in America. It's not too late, but it's getting pretty close. So let's shake off the crap and go to work. Let's tell 'em all we've had 'enough.'Make a 'real contribution' by sending this to every one you know and care about......our future is at stake!"

After thinking about the financial state of our country and what socialism means to me, I've decided that maybe a plan D or E would be good to have. If people aren't willing to wake up to the fact that Obama wants this country to be socialist and what that means, then I should be prepared, right?
I will never be able wrap my small mind (figure an Obama supporters going to call me small minded anyway) around why these loud mouth Hollywood people want to back anyone that speaks of anything remotely close to a socialist way of thinking. Isn't that like handing the hangman a noose you made yourself. Do they not understand that they can't continue to live large in their multi million dollar cribs, flying in private jets and taking exotic trips, if we are to be socialist? I can see the poor getting behind a candidate that stomps for spreading the wealth, but not the wealthy!
Am I missing something here? Does this sharing the wealth not apply to them? All I am hearing is big business and the elite with no reference to the rich actors and the rest of that set. Can you make millions per movie Matt Damon, if we are living in Obama's socialist wet dream? Are all the rabid directors / actors like Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg, David Geffen, Eddie Murphy, Ron Howard Morgan Freeman, Jackson Browne, Jennifer Aniston, Natalie Maines, Ben Stiller, Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington, Sharon Stone, Billy Crystal, George Clooney and Barbra Streisand going to live like me?? Hot Damn!
So I thought more about my back up back up back up plans. If we are to live even and fair, as true socialism would have you, then I'm going to start taking inventory of all the things they need to share with me, the middle American.
I'll start with my own neighborhood and move out towards your neighborhood. Last, or maybe it should be first ( you know the good stuff goes first!), I'll get to Hollywood, all the towns / cities popular with the elite entertainment industry, moving over to their winter playgrounds like Vail, Aspen and Telluride.
See, I would like a million dollar home, a couple of tricked out sport cars, the right to vacation at Tom Cruise's Telluride home, the use of the same precious jewelry the stars get to wear for special events, free clothes from designers, just to name a few. I'm going to approach the fact I don't have these things from the viewpoint of Obama and his explanation to "Joe the Plumber". I don't want to punish these celebrities for their success, I want all the people behind them (count me) to get the chance for success by spreading the wealth.
Let's see, they don't work hard like us, nor do they live in reality. They are dressed up by someone else, have their hair and makeup done for them, and told where to stand to recite words given to them by others for a ridiculous amount of money by movie studios that make even more money. Admit it, a lobotomized monkey could handle the "tough" job of acting.
Having the American dream shattered under Obama's rule: $0
Having my children lose any ambition to succeed in life by hard work $0
Getting to suck the system and take from the loud mouth Hollywood elite: Priceless
